Introducing the Weight Loss Mastermind
Mastermind is a great process of accountability, support, and inspiration. It is very focused and goal-oriented. It is bringing your weight loss vision to life. It involves weekly meetings that last an hour. The groups consist of 5-10 people who are on the same journey.
You will create a purpose statement that is the foundation of your weight loss platform. The questions to be answered here are:
Why do you want to lose weight?
What will change about you when you do?
What is your vision for yourself when you lose weight?
Next are goals. A good start is one or two goals. An example might be that you want to lose twenty or more pounds by a certain date or a reduction in pant size or whatever your weight loss goals might be.
Goals are followed by action steps which are the building blocks of the goals. The questions answered here are specific to goal achievement. All of the answers are inside of you. I have these conversations every day with clients who know what they need to be doing to lose weight. These are the action steps.
Then each person takes turns verbalizing the achievement of your action steps to you. This is manifesting. An example of this would be if your goal was to lose twenty pounds and the action step was to lose two pounds a week. A person in the group might say,” I see you getting on the scale and losing two pounds and smiling”. Hearing your actions steps become real is very powerful. It is manifesting your desires and it works!
I have been a part of a Mastermind group for a year and in that time each goal that I set for myself came to life. These were visions of my hopes and dreams of living my best life that became real.
I have been in the weight loss field for a while now. The CEO of Rocklinweightloss for eleven years. I have lost forty pounds and kept it off. There is no judgment here. The fee is $25 per month. The meetings will be on Zoom. One group will be meeting on the lunch hour from 12-1 pm. The second group will be meeting at 7-8 pm. Once a week.

I am an entrepreneur and a visionary. Weight loss is about self discovery. I still remember the day that my mother called me fat when I was twelve. How I began to see myself as flawed and that food was the enemy. My life was one big diet. I restricted myself with food and binged. The scale dominated my life. Then after my second child decided that I was finished with that lifestyle. I stopped dieting. Began to trust myself. I gave up Jack in the Box tacos, salami, Doritos and McDonalds filet o fish with French fries. I walked on my lunch hour. Ate oatmeal for breakfast. Brown rice with broccoli and chicken for lunch and salads with protein for dinner. I lost thirty pounds in six months. I kept it off and I never looked back. Wherever I am I trust myself with food and what is good for my body. I am not perfect but I don’t play games with the scale or myself. I binge healthy. For me its about the mind body connection. I meditate to stay connected and grounded. I exercise because it is good for my body, mind and soul. I eat healthy for the same reasons. I am in the business of weight loss because I am supposed to be.
The power of a simple conversation about weight loss continues to amaze and inspire me. I never know where it will lead.
I was put on this planet to inspire and motivate women to put themselves first and to remember how beautiful they really are.
